UK Customers

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order being delivered to the customer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them.

We don’t currently offer exchanges – If you require a different size please return and reorder in the size needed.

Send your item/s back to us to the below address, preferably via a tracked postal method. Make sure to include a note with your: items including your order number, name and address so we can process your return quickly:

Neon Rose Store does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us.
